TASTER SESSION/PAYG - Monday 8th September - Little Superhero Active Start, Christ Church Fulwood

- One hour action packed class for parent/carer and child to enjoy together - Time 9.30 to 10.30 am
- Booking for one taster session
- Suitable for steady walking children upwards to 4 years
- A play based class covering all the fundamental movement skills in fun and creative ways
- Children are encouraged to be active throughout the session
- Personal, social and emotional development (PSED) - taking turns, partner work, team games, listening to adult, group participation
- Little Superhero challenges each week, covering gross motor, fine motor and PSED skills
- Use of the large play apparatus and balance/co-ordination apparatus
- Qualified British Gymnastics specialist preschool coach running the session
- Communication and language skills such as learning, to listen, following instructions, interacting and responding
- Learning through the power of play
- Dress for comfort and bring a drink of water
