- One class - one hour action packed class for parent/carer and child to enjoy together - Time 10.30-11.30am
- Come and try a taster session with your Little Superhero before booking on a course
- Pay as you go option available when class size permits
- Suitable for steady walking children upwards to 4 years
- Covering all the fundamental skills in fun, exciting ways
- Structured, action packed class where children are encouraged to be active
- Personal, social and emotional skills - taking turns, partner work, team games, listening to adult, group participation
- Physical development challenges covering gross and fine motor skills through play
- Use of the gymnastics apparatus and the trampolines
- Qualified British Gymnastics specialist preschool coaches
- Communication and language skills such as learning, to listen, following instructions, interacting and responding
- Learning through the power of play
- Dress for comfort and bring a drink of water
- Younger babies are welcome to join the class and explore the gym - book a non walking baby place, explore the gym, follow your baby's needs
