- Covering all the fundamental movement skills in fun, creative ways
- Weekly Little Superhero challenges on and off the apparatus to give your children a flying start in life
- Structured, action packed class where children are encouraged to be active
- Personal, social and emotional skills - taking turns, partner work, team games, listening to a new adult, group participation
- Physical development challenges covering gross and fine motor skills through play
- Qualified British Gymnastics specialist preschool coaches
- Communication and language skills such as listening, following instructions, interacting
- Meet the positive Little Superhero role model children characters
