Super Baby Gym Time - 6 Week Course - Mondays 11.15 am at Preston City Trampoline Club

Every Baby is a Super Baby! <br>- A 45 minute action packed class for parent/carer and baby to enjoy uninterrupted quality time together<br>- 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th September, 7th, 14th October<br>- Time 9.30 to 10.15am<br>- Held in a dedicated baby gym space<br>-,Access to the play gym for the last fifteen minutes if parents want to explore apparatus or just chat<br>- Suitable for age 3 months to first steps stage<br>- Class includes: sensory exploration area, warm up with music, action songs and rhymes, hand apparatus, gentle rebound, climbing/crawling station, balance/first steps station, rolling area, cool down time<br>- Gymnastics equipment stations will be changed regularly to encourage babies to move and be active<br>- A fun, relaxed class where you can meet other parents<br>- Weekly Super Baby challenges using carefully selected apparatus<br>- Qualified British Gymnastics specialist preschool coaches with Fun 4 Baby qualifications<br>- Learning through the power of play in small groups<br>- Opportunity for parent/carer and baby to socialise in a dedicated space<br>- Follow on classes. Once your Super Baby is up and moving steadily they can move on to the Little Superhero active start fundamentals class<br>
