TASTER SESSION - Monday 8th September 2025 - Little Superhero Active Start Class

- Address - Preston City Trampoline Club, Lane Ends Trading Estate, Blackpool Road, Preston, PR2 2DS - One hour action packed class for parent/carer and child to enjoy together - Time 10-11 am - Booking for one taster session - Suitable for steady walking children upwards to 4 years - A play based class covering all the fundamental skills in fun and creative ways - Children are encouraged to be active throughout the session - Personal, social and emotional development (PSED) - taking turns, partner work, team games, listening to adult, group participation - Little Superhero challenges each week, covering gross motor, fine motor and PSED skills - Use of the gymnastics apparatus and soft play - Qualified British Gymnastics specialist preschool coaches - Communication and language skills such as learning, to listen, following instructions, interacting and responding - Learning through the power of play - Dress for comfort and bring a drink of water - Younger babies are welcome to join the class and explore the gym - book a non walking baby place, explore the gym, follow your baby's needs **PLEASE ADD YOUR CHILD'S NAME AND DATE OF BIRTH ON THE NOTE AT CHECKOUT**

CHILDMINDER Group - Little Superhero Flying Start Session - Wednesday Morning Group - 9th July

- One hour action packed community play session for registered childminders - Address is Preston City Trampoline Club, Lane Ends Trading Estate, Blackpool Road, Preston, PR2 2DS - Sessions are led by Helen Dewhurst, EYFS physical development consultant and Level 2 British Gymnastics coach - Pay as you go booking for your convenience - Charge is for one childminder setting - to include one childminder and up to 4 children - Childminders with assistants welcome, please book this option - Booking is for one session 10.00-11.00 am Little Superhero Flying Start Session - Covering all the fundamental movement skills in fun, creative ways using apparatus set ups - Physical development challenges covering gross and fine motor skills through play - Use of the gymnastics apparatus and soft play - Semi structed group with opportunity to participate in skill challenges if you wish to do so - Session will end with action songs/group activity to cool and calm the children down - Dress for movement and bring a drink - Children remain in your responsibility at all times - Everyone please remove outdoor footwear and children to remove socks - Please follow the trampoline guidelines at all times
